Aqua opens the way a fresh fragrance should: bergamot and lime, bright and clean, with a marine accord underneath that reads like sea air rather than perfume. The heart softens it — jasmine, a touch of rosemary, and a light fruity sweetness from peach that keeps it from turning sharp. As it settles, patchouli, cedarwood and white musk take over, giving the dry-down a warm, slightly woody finish that keeps the scent grounded on skin.

It’s a clean, easy fragrance. Not loud, not sweet — the kind of thing you can wear to work without anyone across the desk noticing it before you do.

What It Is Inspired By

Aqua is inspired by Giorgio Armani Acqua di Gio. We say so plainly, because you should know exactly what you’re buying. This is not Acqua di Gio, it is not sold under Armani’s name, and we have no connection to Giorgio Armani. It’s our own composition, blended to sit in the same fresh-aquatic territory.

If you know the original, this will feel familiar rather than identical. No inspired blend matches an original note for note — and anyone who tells you otherwise is overselling.

Why It Lasts Longer Than Most Fresh Fragrances

Fresh aquatic fragrances are the hardest kind to make last. Citrus and marine notes are light molecules; they lift fast and disappear fast, which is why most fresh sprays in this market smell great for twenty minutes and then vanish.

Aqua is an extrait de parfum at roughly 25% aromatic oil — not an eau de toilette at 5–15%, and not an eau de parfum at 15–20%. That difference matters more here than in any other fragrance family, because there is simply more material on your skin to begin with, and the woody base does the rest of the work in the dry-down.

Expect 8 to 10 hours on skin. That is unusually strong for something built on bergamot and marine notes. We’re not going to claim fourteen hours for an aquatic scent, because it wouldn’t be true — but you will get through a full working day on one application.

How to Wear It

Two sprays on pulse points — wrists and neck, on skin rather than clothing. Extrait carries several times the oil of an eau de toilette, so one spray does the work of three. Fresh fragrances in particular suffer from over-application: too much and an aquatic scent smells soapy rather than clean.

Aqua suits daytime, office wear, summer and humid weather — exactly where a heavier oriental fragrance would feel like too much. If you want something for evenings and weddings, our Gold sits at the opposite end: warm, sweet and spiced.

No. It’s our own blend inspired by that scent profile. It’ll smell familiar if you know the original, but it isn’t identical, and we don’t claim it is.
